21st Century Wind Band Repertoire  (posted 4-13-08) I am currently teaching a master’s level wind band history and literature course. Frank Battisti’s and Rikard Hansen’s books both cover the history through the end of the 20th century beautifully. I am now in the process of compiling a list of the core works, which have emerged since the turn of the 21st century.
